    Increase the water intake.  This is not only healthy, but it will also help you feel full.

    Control your diet. Don't starve yourself; that'll make you weak and unhealthy. Instead, create a healthy menu and stick to it. If you eat just fruits and vegetables for two weeks, you will almost certainly lose a lot of weight. Try to ease into your new diet, however, or else your stomach will hurt.

    Take a daily multi-vitamin to make sure you stay healthy during your diet.

    Do light aerobic exercise 4 times a week, for about 30 minutes at a time. Don't do anything too intense. Since you're on a lighter diet, you might pass out!
